Program includes:
At home or gym fitness program: easy to follow and take the thought out of not knowing what to do
Nutrition plan: easy to follow plan to maximize results. Can include meal plan, macros, recipes, based on your food preferences, lifestyle, and goals.
Accountability: and check ins with your coach to feel confident knowing you're not on the journey alone
Habits: Get help with learning and sticking to good habits like drinking enough water, getting good sleep, taking care of yourself, and managing stress.
Mindset: Get tips to deal with problems like always wanting things to be perfect, thinking everything has to be one way or another, going back and forth with your habits, staying motivated, being disciplined, feeling good about your body, feeling good about yourself, feeling anxious about going to the gym, and using methods that are too strict and won't work in the long run.
Long term success: Gain knowledge by "doing" so you'll know these things for your whole life vs a quick one time fix.

Each training program is customized to the individual based on goals, injuries and limitations, time and scheduling, etc.
*Training is available both 1 on 1 and in person and in an online format via online coaching (online coaching includes structured training programs customized to you, but does not include Facetime or zoom sessions).
nutrition
Nutritional programs can be alongside training, or as a standalone service. All nutrition programs include custom meal plan or macro breakdown and weekly augmentations based on progress. We DO NOT do any cookie cutter templates, carb or calorie cutting programs, or other fad diets or trends.
*Nutritional services can be provided alongside personal training.
Overall health & wellness
Our programs are heavily focused on improving daily biofeedback, including increasing energy levels, improving sleep quality, elevating daily mood and motivation, increasing training performance, rebalancing hormones and regulating sex drive, and learning how to minimize the impact of stress.
